AnyConnect is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our team.
Details about this career opportunity
AnyConnect’s Corporate Counsel will provide legal services to AnyConnect including licensing, intellectual property registration, and regulatory compliance.
What exactly you’ll be doing
- Transactions including license and subscription agreements
- Intellectual property management including drafting and prosecuting US and international patents
- Export control compliance including US EAR, ITAR, and international regulations
- Data protection and privacy compliance including US, GDPR, and other international regulations
- US immigration visas
- Corporate governance
- Contribute to team effort by taking on additional responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering and law degrees with outstanding academic performance
- 5+ years experience drafting and prosecuting patents
- 2+ years experience drafting and negotiating technology license agreements
- Thorough understanding of IP cameras, artificial intelligence, and related technologies
- Demonstrable ability to manage a patent portfolio
- Demonstrable ability to manage regulatory compliance including data protection and export control
