Our Talent Acquisition Officer position is an opportunity to play an essential role with AnyConnect by planning and executing the processes that recruit and retain world-class candidates for our product development teams.  This position works directly with our hiring managers.

Skills & Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

5+ years demonstrable technology recruitment experience

Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines

Excellent English communication skills

What exactly you’ll be doing

Develop and execute a plan to identify, attract, and retain world-class engineering candidates

Work with hiring managers to specify roles, responsibilities, and requirements

Develop pipelines of qualified candidates to fill roles

Work with product development managers to screen candidates and fill roles

Manage recruitment process, activities, and interactions so that every candidate has a positive experience

Work with hiring managers to onboard new employees

Influence and drive best practices throughout AnyConnect
