AnyConnect is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

AnyConnect’s Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, pursuing existing opportunities, and winning business with customers. This position will collaborate with AnyConnect business development and product management teams. You will be the initial point of contact and create the first impression for our customers.
What exactly you’ll be doing
- Generate demand:
- Identify sales opportunities through outbound calls and messages
- Research markets and customers, identify key people, generate interest
- Perform effective online presentations, demos, and webinars
- Qualify leads: Assess customer needs and discover requirements to articulate AnyConnect value and propose winning solutions
- Win business: Work with the AnyConnect team to develop and win opportunities
- Ongoing:
- Meet or exceed targets for outbound contacts, qualified leads, adoption, and revenue
- Maintain knowledge of smart camera technologies and use cases
- Share customer requirements, competitive insights, and product feedback; contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Achieve long-term customer satisfaction
- Take on additional responsibilities to contribute to team goals
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in business or a related field
- 2+ years technology sales experience
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong phone presence, experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Strong English listening, communication, and presentation skills; other languages are a plus
- Work and learn independently and as part of a team
- Understand AI camera technologies and use cases
- Understand XaaS and API business models
