What is a Dashboard?

A dashboard is a tool that visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs) and underlying records, like Call Detail Records (CDRs) to understand, monitor, and improve a process or service.  A dashboard is linked to data sources for real-time updates, and displays information in the form of charts, gauges, and tables.
