Our Internal Recruiter will play a key role in staffing and manpower needs for the company, working to find the world’s top talents to join our fast-growing team, through our headquarters in Singapore.

Skills & Qualifications
Outstanding academic record.
It takes someone who excelled in their education to spot others who have an excellent educational track record and background.
2+ years of relevant experience with a track record of achievement.
Superior English communication and presentation skills.
You’ll need to communicate and convince the world’s top candidates to join AnyConnect. To do this, you should be able to communicate well with people from any background, and have great interpersonal skills required to navigate the complex candidates we will be reaching out to.
Understand computer and communication technology and business.
You should have a baseline understanding of the technology sphere, in order to identify others with a similar understanding.
Work both independently and as an integral part of a team through effective communication with other team members.
You are a self-starter, driven and work well with others.
Complete challenging projects with tight deadlines.
You work well under pressure, and can deliver results on target and on time.
What exactly you’ll be doing
Work with our executives and hiring managers to understand AnyConnect product and business development objectives.
You first need to align with AnyConnect’s comprehensive staffing needs, and growth trajectories to realize our vision to deliver The Smarter Camera Platform for the world.
Identify and build relationships with summa cum laude candidates and networks, e.g:
– Academic and open source projects
– ACM ICPC
– Direct and indirect competitors
Plan and execute outreach campaigns to attract and retain summa cum laudes to meet AnyConnect product and business development objectives.
You’ll spearhead initiatives that help attract the world’s top talent, and effectively find the best possible candidates for each position that we have, continuing to build our all-star team.
Contribute to team effort by taking on additional responsibilities.
You’ll be open to assisting with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
